AT-43: Karmans

La Rackam ha rilasciato le prime informazioni ed immagini riguardanti la quarta razza in arrivo per AT-43: i Karmans. Questi ultimi sono una evoluzione creata dai Therians di una specie di Gorilla del pianeta Karma che con il tempo oltre ad un evoluzione genetica e sociale hanno raggiunto l’indipendenza dai loro signori e creatori. L’uscita dell’army book e dei primi modelli è prevista tra un paio di mesi.

Rackam has just released some info on the fourth upcoming race for the world of AT-43: the Karmans. Those are a new race created by the Therians from a Gorilla specie born on the planet Karma which through a genetic and social evolution has finally come to an emancipation from their masters and creators.

Song of Blades and Heroes

As announced and a bit late here is my review of “Song of Blades and Heroes”. The volume is a new fast and simple (Beer and Pretzels style) fantasy skirmish ruleset, the first product of the newborn Ganesha Games created by the italian illustrator Andrea Sfiligoi, to whom I sent a big thanks for supporting this review.

Il Canto degli Eroi – Recensione

Come preannunciato e con leggero e colpevole ritardo eccovi la mia recensione de “Il Canto degli Eroi” (conosciuto come “Song of Blades and Heroes” nella sua versione in lingua Inglese). Il volume in questione è un regolamento per schermaglie fantasy molto semplice ed immediato ed è anche il primo prodotto della neonata Ganesha Games dell’italiano Andrea Sfiligoi, cui vanno i miei ringraziamenti per il supporto a questa recensione.

Song of Gold and Darkness news

La Ganesha Games ha annunciato la data di pubblicazione definitiva per “Song of Gold and Darkness”, prima espansione per “Il Canto degli Eroi/Song of Blades and Heroes” (di cui è in arrivo una mia review). La data è il 5 Settembre prossimo e l’autore ha rivelato anche alcuni dei contenuti:

Ganesha Games has announced the official release date for “Song of Gold and Darkness”, first expansion book for “Song of Blades and Heroes” (in this days my review online). The day is the 5th of September and the author has also revealed some of the key features:

• Special rules for dungeons and sologaming
• Rules for Necromancers, Summoners and Sorcerers
• New rules for warriors and for warband growth
• Four special scenarios
• Stats for more than 130 new monsters and heroes

Command Horizon: Nuove Release – New Releases

Nuove release dalla Baccus per la serie sci-fi Command Horizon. Tre pack dedicati a Centaurs (fanteria e mezzi di supporto) e un pack con Caccia per gli Umani. In preparazione anche un nuovo update per il regolamento (gratuito ed attualmente alla versione 4) che permetterà di sfruttare al meglio le ultime release per i Centaurs.

Medieval Warfare preorder

La riedizione dell’ottimo Medieval Warfare (creato dal defunto Terry Gore) è giunta alla fase finale di produzione ed è possibile preordinarla alla Grenadier Books cosi da ottenere uno sconto di 10$ sul prezzo finale di 50$. Ancora non conosco i dettagli di questa nuova edizione e quali contenuti extra abbia rispetto all’edizione originale (se ne ha) ma è certo che il prezzo mi sembra decisamente elevato… certo questo non toglie nulla alla qualità del regolamento (mi riferisco alla prima edizione) che è ottimo e divertente.

The new edition of Medieval Warfare (created by the late Terry Gore) is coming near to its release date and now it’s possible to preorder the book from Grenadier Books in order to obtain a 10$ discount from the final price of 50$. I still miss the details of this production and what are the new features of the new rulebook (if there are any) but I’ve to say that the retail price seems a bit too high… of course nothing bad I can say about the quality of the rules (I’m speaking about the first edition) which are nice and enjoyable.
